Cancellations with more than 12 hours notice before the reservation time will not be subject to any cancellation fees.

Cancellations with less than 12 hours and more than 4 hours of notice before the reservation time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking fees.

Cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice before the reservation time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking fees.

NO-SHOW for your appointment after within 15 minutes of your booking time will be charged 100% of your booking fees. In the event of NO-SHOW within 15 mins of your reservation time we reserve the right to give away the bay to another group.
